While some states are one-party states, meaning only one side (the practice) needs to authorize recording the call, it is best to use an audio disclaimer at the front end of each recorded call.

3. Won’t having multiple numbers online confuse people?
Years ago, yes! However, with the rise of smartphones, it is highly unlikely your patients will even notice you are using call tracking.
